/Certification Path for ENERGY STAR® Multifamily High Rise
- Study. Connect with EnerQuality to obtain the ES-MFHR Self Study Program package.
- Train. As an alternative to self-study, attend one of our ES-MFHR Training Workshop(s), if available. Email us for more info.
- Enroll. Fill out the registration + enrollment form with EnerQuality.
- Register. EnerQuality will send it to NRCan on your behalf, then you will receive the registration and builder number via email.
- Plan. In your planning stage, engage a Licensed Professional (LP), trained engineer or architect, for mid and high rise builds (Part 3 buildings) to develop design submission documentation and submit to EnerQuality for QA and approval.
- Build. Build your ENERGY STAR® multifamily high rise.
- Certification. Work with an ES-MFHR qualified Licensed Professional and ES-MFHR qualified EnerQuality to obtain ES-MFHR certification plaque.
